Need to Return Something? No Problem.
We totally get it—sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, don’t worry. You’ve got 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to decide and send it back to us.
How to Return Your Order (UK Only)
If you'd like to exchange your shoes for a different size, please contact us by either replying to your order confirmation email or via the contact form here
Here’s how to send it back:

Repackage the item in its original condition (unworn and in the original box, please—no writing or tape on the shoe box itself).

Include your completed returns form inside the parcel.

Use our Royal Mail returns service for a simple £3.75 fee (this will be deducted from your refund).

Got a printer? Print the label and stick it on.

No printer? Show your QR code at the Post Office and they’ll sort the label for you.

Use a courier of your choice. Just make sure it’s tracked and insured, and keep your proof of postage safe. You’re responsible for the goods until they reach us.

A Few Things to Note:

Returns must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order.

We don’t cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the goods.

Sorry, but we can’t accept returns from any other retailers—we can only process items bought directly from this website.
International Returns
Right now, our Royal Mail returns portal only works in the UK. We’re working on an easier solution for our international friends, but in the meantime:

Complete your returns form and send the item using a trusted tracked courier.

Hold onto your proof of postage.

Postage costs won’t be reimbursed unless your item is confirmed as faulty.
If Something’s Not Quite Right (Faulty Items)
Oh no! If your item arrives with a fault, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask for a photo so we can see what’s gone wrong.
If approved, we’ll either refund you, replace the item, or offer a credit note—depending on the situation and your purchase date. Items will be carefully inspected when they arrive back with us.
We’re only able to cover return postage if your item is confirmed as faulty.
